Redditi PF return · Quadro RW · Rents

Your income tax return,
checked, not just filled in.

When income comes from several sources, the pre-filled return is not enough: rents, income or accounts abroad, capital gains, shareholdings, deductions to reconstruct. We prepare and file the Redditi PF return (Italian personal income tax return), with the numbers worked out in advance and the deadlines tracked by us.

When it pays to get help

Do you recognise yourself in one of these?

01

You have rented or jointly owned property.

Cedolare secca (flat tax on rents) or ordinary taxation, unpaid rents, property inherited mid-year, shares between spouses: these are the items where the pre-filled return is most often wrong or silent.

02

You have accounts, investments, crypto or homes abroad.

Quadro RW, IVAFE, IVIE and foreign income to be declared with the credit for taxes paid abroad. Forgetting them leads to heavy penalties, even years later.

03

You are a shareholder or director, or you have sold something.

Dividends, director's fees, capital gains on the sale of shares or property: income that has to be coordinated with the company and with the following years.

What we do

From documents to filing,
with one adviser throughout.

We tell you what is needed, check the data in the pre-filled return and show you the result before filing.

  • 01Collection and checks. We start from the data the Agenzia already has (certifications, medical expenses, mortgages) and compare it with your documents: what is missing, what is wrong.
  • 02Income from several sources. Employment and pension, rents with or without cedolare secca, foreign income, dividends, capital gains, income from interests in partnerships.
  • 03Abroad. Quadro RW for accounts, securities and crypto, IVAFE and IVIE, credit for taxes paid abroad.
  • 04Tax deductions and credits. Home expenses and ongoing building bonuses, medical and family expenses, credits from previous years.
  • 05Filing and payments. We file the return and prepare the F24 payment forms for the balance and advance payments, with the deadlines in the calendar.

730 or Redditi return

Two returns, different rules.

Both are used to declare the income of individuals. The choice depends on who you are, what income you have and who assists you.

730

For employees and pensioners.

It is filed through your employer, a CAF (tax assistance centre) or a professional registered with the authorised professional bodies, or directly using the pre-filled return. Refunds and amounts withheld go through your payslip or pension; without a withholding agent (sostituto d'imposta), the refund is paid by the Agenzia. Ordinary deadline: 30 September.

REDDITI RETURN

For everyone, mandatory for some.

Any individual can use it, and it is mandatory for those with a VAT number (partita IVA) or certain income that the 730 does not handle, as well as in some particular situations. We prepare and file it ourselves. Ordinary deadline: 31 October, moved to the next working day when it falls on a Saturday or public holiday (in 2026 it is 2 November).

PRE-FILLED RETURN

The starting point.

From 30 April the Agenzia makes available the data it already knows: certified income, medical expenses, mortgage interest, insurance premiums. It is a useful basis, but it does not contain rents not declared elsewhere, foreign income or investments outside Italy.

Honesty first

Who it is for. And who it is not for.

It makes sense if

  • You have income from several sources, rented property or assets abroad.
  • You are a shareholder or director of a company and want your return coordinated with the company's.
  • You have sold shares, property or investments, or received an inheritance during the year.
  • You want to know in advance how much you will pay in balance and advance payments, not in June.

It does not make sense if

  • You only have employment or pension income and few expenses to deduct: the 730 form through your employer, a CAF or the pre-filled return is the right route.
  • You need the visto di conformità (compliance certification) to offset credits above the legal thresholds: it must be applied by a CAF or an authorised professional.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us.

Q·01Do you also file the 730 form?

No. The 730 form is filed through your employer, a CAF (tax assistance centre) or a professional registered with the authorised professional bodies, or directly using the pre-filled return. Our firm prepares and files the Redditi PF return (the Italian personal income tax return), which any taxpayer can use. If your case is simple and the 730 suits you better, we will tell you at the first meeting.

Q·02What is the difference between the 730 and the Redditi return?

With the 730, refunds and amounts due usually go through your payslip or pension, and it is filed by 30 September. The Redditi return can be used by anyone, is mandatory for those with a VAT number (partita IVA) or certain types of income, is filed by 31 October (postponed if that date falls on a Saturday or public holiday) and taxes are paid with the F24 form. For many taxpayers with income from several sources it is the most natural choice.

Q·03I have the pre-filled return: why have it checked?

Because the Agenzia only includes the data it knows. It does not know about rent collected without a properly registered contract, accounts or property abroad, crypto, or capital gains on assets not covered by any certification. If you accept it as it is and income is missing, the penalties are yours to pay.

Q·04I forgot something in last year's return: can it be put right?

Often yes, with an amended return (dichiarazione integrativa) and ravvedimento operoso (voluntary correction), which reduces penalties more the sooner you act. It is best to act before a letter arrives from the Agenzia.

Q·05What documents are needed?

Your latest filed return, income certifications (CU), rental contracts, statements of foreign accounts and investments, receipts for deductible expenses. We send you the complete list after the first meeting, based on your case.
